Stone Terrace includes a self-contained two bedroom guest house. The guest house contains comfy queen size beds, a beautifully tiled bathroom, a complete self contained and equipped holiday kitchenette (no oven), a lovely balcony overlooking the stunning views of the beach and surrounding bush, also has complete laundry facilities.
Enjoy marvellous views of beautiful Hot Water Beach, removed enough to keep you from the summer crush, but close enough for a two minute walk to the beach. Surrounded by gorgeous natural landscapes, with age old pohutukawa trees and bush clad hills. Enjoy watching the varied birdlife, pheasants, quail, tui, bellbirds, and fantails all in residence on the hill. Sherry & Steve LeFebvre built Stone Terrace in 2009 where they envisioned a place for friends and family to gather and enjoy the wonderful beauty of the land and relaxed life on the Coromandel. That vision included the ability to accommodate overseas visitors and friends, and soon requests were made to conduct weddings, seminars and gatherings which they have now opened to the greater community in the hope that others can experience the beauty of Hot Water Beach.
